管理 Initiated 分类 Review

A position’s classification is a reflection of the essential functions of the position. When essential functions change, it is important to review the position to determine if a change 在分类或技术水平上 is warranted. 分类回顾 is a comparison between the essential functions of a position and the CSU 分类 标准. Changes in duties and responsibilities may or may not warrant a change 在分类或技术水平上. It is the nature of the position, not the employee that is considered for reclassification.
