How to get your SmartPass Clipper?

提交一个 online request, then visit the AS General 服务s Center located in the Student Union, East Wing, Room 1800, to pick up your SmartPass. The cost is $25 (plus $3 for the cost of the Clipper card). You must present your Tower Card. 菠菜网lol正规平台 employee badges or key cards are not accepted! 

Renewing your SmartPass Clipper 

To renew your SmartPass, visit the General 服务s front counter, present your SmartPass Clipper 和 Tower Card to the staff, 和 pay the $25 renewal fee. The renewal deadline for Fall Semester is the last day of September, 和 the renewal deadline for Spring Semester is the last day of February. If the deadline falls on a day in which AS General 服务s is closed, the deadline is the next day that AS General 服务s is open. There is no need to renew during the Summer 和 Winter Semesters.

All SmartPass Clippers that have not been renewed will be deactivated. 费用 renewing the SmartPass after the deadline is $35 ($25 renewal plus a $10 late renewal 费). Please note: Your Smartpass will not be immediately reactivated, it will take 5-7 business days to process the reactivation.

If you are not able to renew in person, you can mail a check (payable to Associated 学生) with a copy of your Tower Card 和 SmartPass Clipper (serial number showing) to:

If you wish to opt-out of the Smartpass program for a semester 和 utilize it again in the future, you do not need to pay for your renewal. When you want to opt-in, visit the AS General 服务s office, pay the $25 fee, 和 TS will process the request to reactivate your Smartpass. The processing time is 5-7 business days. 

SmartPass renewal fees are nonrefundable.
